Scumlords in casco. Evicting tenants to overcharge for run down trailers that they refuse to fix. Somehow, pay-off, they get state housing approved which is fraudulent behavior. I do not reccomend doing business with them for any reason. Ever.
Damaged my customer's car and refuses to pay the bill. Called one of my staff members a word I won't even repeat. Gave him an opportunity to talk about it and he flat out refuses to make good on it.
