My rating for them is actually 0 stars. Have a Caldera Spa that is under warranty. Contacted Watkins last summer when a leak developed and a case number was assigned on 08/10/2020. Problem still not resolved as of March 29, 2021. Non existent service after the sale. Phone calls and emails to Customer Service pretty much ignored. Will be looking to get CA AG's office involved, and others as necessary. G. Maxwell
