Have known Jerry, Steve and the whole family for over 26 years and have purchased multiple items from them throughout the years. Honest business and great people to work with. By far the best people around! Even though my family has been living in Florida for the last 10 years, we still get all of our jewelry and watches from Watkins.
The worst customer service ever the worst service ever do not I repeat do not bring any of your personal jewelry to these people they can't repair nothing they are a waste of space shut them down
I am not sure if 1 star is worth it !!!!!!! Absolutely terrible service and I am very sorry to say that they stole my diamond from my ring that I bought in for repair and they kept it for a long time and I had a appraisal done and I never received it. I even went to the Clinton police department concerning this issue with no resolution. Second or third generation of thieves far as I’m concerned. PLEASE DON’T TAKE JEWELRY TO THIS MAN DONT BE DUPED
Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a so called long time “reputable” company. EVERYTIME I went in a new lie emerged from their lips as to where my jewelry was and when it would be ready. Horrible customer service and lies to top it off!
