Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a so called long time “reputable” company. EVERYTIME I went in a new lie emerged from their lips as to where my jewelry was and when it would be ready. Horrible customer service and lies to top it off!

I dropped off my clock, which was a gift for my retirement, for repairs in July 2021. I called several times on the progress and was told "we will call you when it is done". By July of 2023, I went to the store to retrieve my clock whether it was finished or not. I figured if it wasn't done after two years, it never would be. Well, they lost my clock! They have told me they will call me when it is located, but now three months later they still have not found it. I am now out my retirement gift that had more sentimental value... read more

Very friendly family owned jewelry store. They have something for anyones budget. Great store to have in our little town. Update - I always felt good about taking my jewelry here. But since the owner retired and his son took over. This place is an absolute joke. I took my wedding ring in to have an upgraded stone put in back in March. This was a gift from my husband to upgrade my ring. After multiple calls and our anniversary come up in August, it still wasn't ready (really 5 months later).
