The Watkins Team was very knowledgeable and kind in helping my fiancé and I purchase our first home. They had very good communication throughout the process. My realtor, Sherri Wesley, had a bit of a challenge with me as I was in Colorado and moving to East Tennessee so I wasn't here to physically look at homes and had a small budget.
