The Watkins Team was very knowledgeable and kind in helping my fiancé and I purchase our first home. They had very good communication throughout the process. Due to our young age and inexperience, we appreciated that they spoke to us respectfully and never talked down to us, while still helping us understand all the important terms and steps of the home buying process. Thanks to the Watkins team we are looking forward to making our new house a home!

Patrick and his Home Team are excellent! We've bought and sold several properties with them. They are always professional and thourough. We've gone into their office and Patrick has helped us look at market dynamics, pros and cons of different properties, and always made time to show us properties.
