The technician, Jacob, was very thorough and informative. He also noticed that we had a tankless water heater and he mentioned that Watkins does service those. It was past due so it was great getting that flushed out. I definitely was pleased with today's service call.

He provided next steps and a timeline of when I could expect the repair to be performed. After he left, I wished I had inquired about the cost of a new unit vs. a repair, just to know the difference.
