I’ve been with this company for over 10 years and they always take care of any issue that may arise. Felix has been our service guy for the last several bi-annual visits and I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of heating and cooling. I plan to request that he remain our go to service rep. Thank you Felix for always providing the best service and for your kindness!

I was thoroughly impressed with the Watkins team's work on replacing my furnace. They were professional, efficient, and did a great job installing the new furnace. David, who provided the initial estimate, was very helpful in explaining my options and made the process straightforward. Kevin, the installer, did an awesome job and left the area spotless. We can always count on Watkins for quality care. I never feel like they are trying to sell me or cheat me. I switched from a competitor several years ago and have always been happy with their service. Justin performed our semi annual maintenance visit today and was very friendly, well-trained and professional. Thanks to Watkins our 18 year old HVAC system is still functioning well!

We chose Watkins to replace our HVAC, water heater, and water softener. Our salesman, David, was the most professional salesman I've encountered. He listened to my goals for my home and the scope of work and presented me with a range of options that I could choose from. He was responsive when I reached out with questions and, most importantly, he was respectful of the time I asked for to research and compare quotes. I had a sales call with Watkins about replacing my HVAC system. After reviewing my options, I decided to go with another company. When I politely called the representative back to thank him for his time and let him know, he hung up on me mid-conversation. That kind of unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression. If this is how they treat people who don’t sign with them, I worry about how they treat customers after installation. Professionalism and respect should always come first, regardless of the outcome.
