Service is always great. The technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. Never have issues with maintenance. We have the maintenance plan and pay monthly. The plan includes water heater flush. Have been using Watkins for years and their upkeep keeps our equipment running without issue. Tim was our tech today. First time with hom and same excellent service as expected.
I had three HVAC companies out to look at my issues and Ben was the only one able to fix them. Very reasonably price compared to the big box companies in the area and I would’ve paid more considering he was the only one able to solve my issues! Highly recommend Ben and Watkins!
Watkins charged me $99 (diagnostic) + $430 (labor + miscellaneous materials) to do a repair that took 45min to replace a part that was under warranty on a 3 year old system I bought through them. When I complained that I had to pay that much to fix a system they installed that was under warranty, they first tried to sell me on a maintenance plan, then eventually knocked off $100. David was very informative and did not make us feel pressured. Very polite and caresmatic my wife and I would recommend watkins heating and cooling because of him. Thank you David. The install team was very professional and made the install very easy for us.
The technician, Jacob, was very thorough and informative. He also noticed that we had a tankless water heater and he mentioned that Watkins does service those. It was past due so it was great getting that flushed out. I definitely was pleased with today's service call.
