Joe our service tech was very friendly and professional! Joe educated us how to effectively work our heat pump. He thoroughly checked our heat pump to make sure everything was working correctly and efficiently.
Don’t let them talk you into a warranty, they won’t honor it. You’re just paying twice for parts and labor. We’ve also had a lot of issues on a $10,000 new system they installed.
The place to go for all your heating and air needs. They have helped us and always were fair and did great work.
