Top tier customer service! I called early on a Monday morning for same day delivery. When I called there was no answer (it was a Monday morning, I wasn’t mad) so I decided to look for other options to save some time. To my surprise, Ed called right back! He took my request over the phone and was able to get a beautiful arrangement sent to Rex for me within 3 hours!! Insane customer service and I am so grateful. Watkins, you have a new loyal customer.

Watkins exceeded my expectations in both service and product for a baby shower I co-hosted in downtown Raleigh. Being from Chicago, I had never stepped foot in the venue before the day of the event.
