My review of Watkins Family Dental is this. I am 46 years old and have never met a more family oriented group of people. Truly care about all their patients. I feel like family every time I go in, either for myself, or my children. Would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Watkins had always been concerned,caring and very professional. His assistants Sherrie and Melissa do a very good job. Shelly is positive, warm and efficient. Jordan does a very good job cleaning my teeth and it doesn't hurt. I have to say even though I don't like having to have the procedures, it is the best of the dental experiences I have had. Great response time from the Doctor over the weekend and they worked me right in on Monday to fix me up. They are very attentive to my needs. Dr. Watkins and staff are the best!!
As always my visit to Dr. Watkins was not without some nervousness but all was okay. The friendly and professional staff helps to tender the thoughts of maybe I will have some more serious problem than just a normal six months checkup.
The office was very nice. The equipment was modern. The staff was professional and not only served my current needs but offered information about what they were doing and why they were doing it which I always appreciate. The doctor also suggested a service that I may not be aware of.
Cassidy did very well after her pulpotomy. She had Tylenol once and never showed any signs of pain after that. She is eating well with no problems.
Staff was helpful, kind, and friendly. Met with Dr. Watkins afterwards and he reviewed my child's check up. Awesome experience.
The whole team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, their accommodations did not go unnoticed. I have already made my next appointment to return to this office!
