I've relied on Watkins Family A/C Experts Company for a long time and today's incident shows why. I woke up today to a broken AC system, with the day's forecast to be near 100 degrees. I contacted their service line at 6 am and provided them with the necessary details. I got a call back at just before 8 am, assuring me that a technician would be dispatched between 1 and 3 pm. We were able to diagnose the issue, and he even sent me a photo of the HVAC component that needed replacement. His professionalism and ability to educate me were commendable.
