I regret choosing to visit Dr. Watkin and sincerely hope the terrible experience I had is one other patients will never find themselves in. The communication, bedside manner, and level of patient care was absolutely awful – I hope in writing this review, I can warn others who are looking for an ophthalmologist that Dr. Watkins is NOT recommended. Watkins Eye Center had me feeling like I was on top of the world when I left. I was made very relaxed and comfortable. The nurses and staff are wonderful and make you feel like part of a family instead of just a number.I love the movies being played while we wait and Dr. Watkins - what can I say - he is the greatest. I thank him for letting me give him a kiss on the cheek for our picture.
