All staff are kind and reassuring to patients. As a patient who has had bad experiences in the past it takes a bit of reassurance for me to get to an appointment. I will definitely be going back, pain free injection and explained each step. Plus the costs are half of other practices in Inverell with much higher quality technology.

The reception staff and assistants were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience with Stuart Watkins was disappointing. I felt he spoke to me in a condescending manner throughout the appointment and showed little interest in helping my children feel comfortable. At one point, my eldest daughter became very distressed and was curled up crying because she was anxious about the examination. This Dentistry Practice was recommended by a friend It is fantastic and I was treated by the wonderful Sophie who took the time to resolve the problem Fees are also reasonable

Special thanks to DR TK for the special and caring service I received today. Such a specail dentist. Once he knew the medical problem I had he and his assistant went all out to ensure I was comfortable in the chair even giving me a pillow for my neck. Would not go to any other Dentist. Thank you.
