Had our exterior door replaced by Watkins Construction and they were incredible. They were helpful with referring us to companies that make the door and side light. Once our door/side light was delivered, Watkins was there within the week to install the door. They called before arriving to let me know they were on the way. Horrible price gouging people. We needed to get a new door for the front of our house so we went to Home Depot and found a door we liked. They recommended Watkins construction as the contractor to install and it’s been a horrible experience. They wanted to charge $200 for a permit while the county was normally charging $100 but was discounting due to storm damage. So we attempted to get our own permit. Home Depot supplied these installers who were not the original owner, who was very professional & reliable. If this is the only installer HD uses, we would not purchase there.
