I have been doing business with Joey Watkins since they opened the Winder location. Loyal and faithful customer. I even introduced him to the most talented musician to ever play in his band.... Mike R. Last September, they botched up an oil change on my 535 BMW. I called as soon as I got home and they stated the service was as requested. I drove over with about 50% power and again, they stated everything was ok. I headed to the beach and about an hour into the drive my car warnings started. First power train failure and finally warning that engine was about to burn. My car never ran the same since. I had it serviced 2 more times and in April, the engine seized. Needless to say, Joey refused to own any liability and I was stuck with a $10,000 repair. I have asked Joey to call several times but he refuses to call. Please PM me if you have questions about how they will botch your service and then claim no responsibility. DO NOT EVER TRUST WATKINS.... he is not an upstanding business man and he does not care about his customers.... just their money.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and it’s people. I showed up at 4 today with a tire that was leaking air pretty bad. They were totally booked up, but still helped me right then and there. And on top of then doing more than a lot of other places they didn’t charge me for the fix (my tires are magnets for screws lol). I have been going here for the last few years and never once have I had an issue with any services they have done or customer service! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Customer for life!!

YES!!! We love Joey Watkins and their staff! My windshield wiper motor went out the evening before we were leaving on vacation and 8:00 am the next morning they were on it! Got the part and got it fixed so we could head out on our family vacation! They went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful! Thank you guys so much!

I would highly recommend this tire and auto shop. My car was towed there because I had ran out of gas and could not start it up. They were able to get it started for me very quickly and I was on my way. The customer service was exceptional.
