Had multiple issues with my Ford Edge! Tune up & passenger door lock great service & customer service. My PCM was bad and took time to get the part & programming. Installed & it was bad & had to be reordered. I know I drove them nuts with questions and they were so patient with me Calling constantly. It runs so good I almost thought it was a different vehicle . I'm a happy camper & thrilled with the service on my car. They get 5 stars from me
I have been doing business with Joey Watkins since they opened the Winder location. Loyal and faithful customer. I even introduced him to the most talented musician to ever play in his band.... Mike R. Last September, they botched up an oil change on my 535 BMW. I called as soon as I got home and they stated the service was as requested. I cannot say enough good things about this place and it’s people. I showed up at 4 today with a tire that was leaking air pretty bad. They were totally booked up, but still helped me right then and there. And on top of then doing more than a lot of other places they didn’t charge me for the fix (my tires are magnets for screws lol). I have been going here for the last few years and never once have I had an issue with any services they have done or customer service! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Customer for life!!
