I had apparently major issues with my car. Thinking it was the transmission slipping, I was told to take it to Frayer Transmission & they diagnostic test on it & realized it wasn’t the transmission, being pretty new to the area Frayer had Mike get the car & they worked on it from 8am until they got EVERYTHING done & done right. Michael and his team are honest, reliable, and straight to the point. We had to replace the motor in our Nissan pathfinder, and I was referred to them. From diagnosing the issue, ordering a motor, and getting it put in they communicated with us through the entire process. We also greatly appreciate Thomas and his hard work to get me back in my car asap! We will continue using them for any other issues we may have in our vehicles. Labor is $100/hour I had my van towed on a Saturday and got it back 8 days layer. Little more communication on what was happening before the weekend would have given me peice of mind. But they did quote my fix to be $470 to fix my brake line issue. And it wasn't a penny more. Friendly office faces made the experience that much better. Ill return in future. Thanks Watkins crew. Called 3 other places. Labor is no less than $100/hour now.
