The work was completed but the previous time this work was done bolts and fasteners were not re-installed. This experience, attention to detail was disappointing. The window power mechanism was replaced but no time was taken to clean the grease off the window. It's hard when you grew up with service given after a repair was done but not anymore.

Where do I even begin?.. Since our first vehicle purchase back in 2005, Watkin Motors has been part of our family. Always being welcomed, amazing customer service, incredible workmanship, great leadership in all of their departments. All of these reasons to keep coming back. Three vehicles later, they are still our family and we wouldn’t change it for the world. Thank you Watkin Motors for continuing to be the place where “People know your Name” and we can feel like part of your family.

Shaun was a great salesman, I would highly recommend him based off his knowledge and experience in ford vehicles. He knew what was best for my commute and what vehicle would save me the most on fuel while still being practical for my family. The whole team down to the sales manager, finance manager, the service team that swapped my tires and let’s not forget the detail team that had my car sparkling at time of pick up. Family oriented business and you can tell!
