Service department did a great job for me. Michelle Service advisor did an excellent job. Definitely recommend them.
Walked into the service department and said to the lady we were there for a warranty issue. She asked what it was for and I tried to explain it but said "might be better if you come see it". Her response was "it's not my job to come out and look but I will book you an appointment with a tech". Couldn't believe it, so lazy and rude to even come outside and look at the part and mark it down. She was the one that asked what it was... Recently purchased a 2026 Ford Bronco and Curt was great to deal with! He was never pushy and made the whole process very easy and was always there to answer any questions. This is our 3rd Ford vehicle and have always been very happy with them. Would highly recommend Watkin motors in Vernon!
Very professional, personable and the building is well laid out. Quick check to ensure the truck needing repair or not proved it didn’t! Sent us on our way. A coffee and timbit while waiting. Nice to see their history and community partnerships as well.
