My twins have been going to Waterworks Aquatics since they were 10 months old. They started out at their San Jose location and now go to the one here in Huntington Beach. The instructors are great, the facilities are good, and the online booking system is the best. I would definitely recommend the parent and me classes to all families with infants and/or toddlers to help get their little ones comfortable in the water.
Our son has been taking lessons from Ria at Waterworks Huntington Beach and she pushes him all while encouraging him just to try. She s fantastic.
My daughter loves going to Waterworks. She started afraid of going to the water over a year ago to love going to swimming. Thumps up for Ms. Ashley and Ria.
Can't imagine taking our grandson anywhere else to learn how to swim. These kids(instructors) are absolutely awesome and patient with these little ones. Safety is priority 1 with them. 5 stars plus!
Sadly we've been attending Waterworks for 3 years and now we feel the need to part ways. We experienced a string of poor customer service and were moved from instructor to instructor because of the high turnaround. I will say David the HB Manager was very helpful in trying to accommodate. Unfortunately, their system is flawed and is NOT set up to accommodate loyal patrons that attend year round.
