My baby bro live at these apartment he has no issues but yes it a low income housing so yes there is rules n reglations to keep ur house clean and inspections but all low income housing is like that it dont matter what state ur in. But the management there now lj she a pretty reasonable person

Contrary to previous post about Waterwood Apts it is safe to say that over the last two years, since late 2016, the management is exceptional and has tried to be respectful to all tenants but there are those who feel it is ok to throw their trash or cig butts on the ground and not follow the rules. I lived here under former management that would not do anything about the people who deliberately would defy the rules and I received a lease violation for complaining about being harrased by upstairs neighbors.
