Contrary to previous post about Waterwood Apts it is safe to say that over the last two years, since late 2016, the management is exceptional and has tried to be respectful to all tenants but there are those who feel it is ok to throw their trash or cig butts on the ground and not follow the rules. I lived here under former management that would not do anything about the people who deliberately would defy the rules and I received a lease violation for complaining about being harrased by upstairs neighbors. The worst ever ! My mother lived there for a short time and was scared to death.cops was called there ever day. The manager and management company was so rude if you complained about the way things was run .Yes and David the maintenance man would go through your apartment for no reason .He was fought many times and nothing was done .if you don't have to live the then don't. ..youve been warned
