Frank was great. Very professional, timely and gave me a fair price for the necessary work that I had him quote me. I am in the process of buying a property and wanted him to inspect it before closing. He came the following day, got on the roof (4-stories, about 40ft high) and sent pictures, and a quote to fix any necessary damage, etc. Great local roofer.
I don’t normally write reviews because most bad experiences I’ve had were due to mis-communication or basically honest errors however this roofing contractor knew from the moment we signed the contract that he had no intention of following through with the agreement. My contract states that I would give half the money down to purchase materials and the balance due upon completion.
