Just moved in about a month ago and they have awesome promotions and really helped us get moved in! Love this area of where I’m located and there is a boardwalk right past the pool. Have not had any problems would recommend this place to anyone.
Mold is bad there I just to live there for 6 month have to break the lease becouse was infectious of mold .
When looking for my new home, Waterways Village was the first place that I visited and I fell in love with the 1st unit that the property manager showed me. It felt like home as soon as I walked through the door. It was a must for me to have a washer and dryer in the unit and I was thoroughly surprised that the unit had a full sized like new washer and dryer. great place to live
From Manager Maribel to maintenance guys service is outsdanting. Friendly and efficient they care about tenants and the community. Any request they are willing to help. Very pleasent and quiet community. I hope to stay as long as I can at Waterways Village Apartments

I don't live here for a long time, but I like the place a lot. Great location, brand-new renovated apartments, and friendly staff. Maintenance is promptly done without any follow-up issues

Es un lugar tranquilo, muy buena comunidad, una vista grandiosa, muy recomendado para vivir. It is a quiet place, very good community, a great view, highly recommended to live.
1 year ago I ignored the bad reviews this place had on GOOGLE and signed a 1 year lease with them. It was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. T he staff will never pick up the phone after you sign the lease and good luck getting anything fixed in your apartment . Be aware that they will stay (no matter what) with your U$ 500 deposit at the end of the contract and will make everything possible to overcharge you. Don´t be fooled by the nice view , talk to ex residents before you make a decision.

We don't ever charge residents fees unless there is a significant amount of damage or dirt within the unit, a stipulation that is defined with detail in the lease agreements.
