We have lived in Waterways since spring of 2011. the few problems we had were solved quickly, and the office staff and workers are great people and do their best.
Horrible horrible management, never got a proper response to the my queries. All old rusted old rusted appliances and hardware. A/c fan inside makes such a loud noise. No snow cleaning in the winter. When moved out they sent a huge bill for ware and tare of they old rusted appliances and hardware. They will welcome you in the beginning and later screw when you leave with damages charges for which you are not responsible. I wish they would pick up the garbage at the park. It's like they only pick up near the clubhouse.
Waited three days for my toilet to get fixed, had to use my neighbors who was very kind, when they were not home had to drive down to the club house. It was a terrible experience.
Maintenance men are lazy, office has no consideration for the residents, nothing gets fixed, high crime area, be sure your car insurance covers broken windows. The manager Barb is arrogant and thinks she is all that, she is on a power trip.
