RecommendedSarah and I are proud and fortunate to call Waterways home. This neighborhood is the best of Richmond Hill, representing all of the exceptional characteristics our community offers. Clancy Mathews, with the Waterways sales team, was fantastic to work with. He was able to secure the exact home that we wanted, in a demanding market. Today is my 7 year anniversary of moving to Waterways! I have NO regrets. Everything I fell in love with, I still love. The TREES! The water, the neighbors....it's truly a village where we look out for each other. It's a great place to raise a family where kids are allowed to roam and play. I literally could go on and on about why I love living here!
We moved in about a month ago from out of state & 100% virtual buy and we absolutely love it! We have 2 dogs and no kids yet but it’s such a great mix of families and ages; everyone is very friendly and eager to give you any tips, recommendations or referrals.
We love just about everything that prompted us to purchase; the pristine, natural beauty evident in the Marshes; Redbird waterway, the ICW, the Atlantic ocean, the stocked freshwater lagoons and so on! Not to mention miles of hiking and biking trails, the various amenities topped off the Marina, finally! Now if they could just help us active residents by providing a place to store our boat trailers, RV's and other toys, we would consider it heaven like!
We moved from the Atlanta area and immediately knew this was the perfect place to buy. Upon entering Waterways you will experience a feeling of peace and quiet. We have found the neighbors to be so kind and helpful and the numerous activities provide something for everyone. This neighborhood provides a true small town feel with a mix of every age range from young adults with small children to retirees.
A great place to live and raise a family. The community is tight knit like Army housing but without the drama. PLEASE note that the negative reviews are solely based on frustration with the HOA when Side by Sides were band because SOME people were being unsafe with them.
We moved into this wonderful community from metro Atlanta five months ago. BEST decision ever!!!
