Since that time one of the developers left the group because he saw the vision for the community changing. And it has. For the worse. Today is my 7 year anniversary of moving to Waterways! I have NO regrets. Everything I fell in love with, I still love. The TREES! The water, the neighbors....it's truly a village where we look out for each other. It's a great place to raise a family where kids are allowed to roam and play. I literally could go on and on about why I love living here!
We moved from the Atlanta area and immediately knew this was the perfect place to buy. Upon entering Waterways you will experience a feeling of peace and quiet. We have found the neighbors to be so kind and helpful and the numerous activities provide something for everyone. This neighborhood provides a true small town feel with a mix of every age range from young adults with small children to retirees.
