Cassidy in the front office was amazing. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us in detail and made us want to explore the property more. She was patient from the beginning to the day of signing the lease. We really appreciate it and thank you for making the process smooth. We were sold on the property with your patience and personality.
Update: 2 Years later, and here we are again: MY AC HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE MONDAY AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE OR RESPONDING TO MAINTENANCE REQUESTS A/C broke on Thursday, they "fixed" it Friday afternoon with a too-large air filter and never brought back the proper size. A/C broke again on Monday(today) before the office closed. Put in a new work order and also called the office to make sure someone would come out since I have an infant.
