Adrianna in the office has made the last 6 years living here wonderful!
This place is the worst. The office staff is really rude. It takes weeks or months to get anything fixed. We had several issues when we lived here. From leaking from the upstairs apartment. The ac almost a year of having issues before they finally replaced it. The dryer died on me twice and and it them a month a replace it both times. The dishwasher broke and i had to argue with the maintance guys that it wasn't working. Finally after chasing them for almost 3 months to fix it i got the girl in the front office to help me. It's been a week I am living at waterway village apartment. I'm strongly appreciated and admire the village. I have met a wonderful woman her name is Adriana She's very nice and respectful. She speaks Spanish and English. Even though I don't speak Spanish. She took time to help me fill up the paper work. I am strongly recommending whomever would like to live in nice village. I suggest coming to waterway village apartment. Ask for Adriana. She is very good and what she does.
