Update: 2 Years later, and here we are again: MY AC HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE MONDAY AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE OR RESPONDING TO MAINTENANCE REQUESTS A/C broke on Thursday, they "fixed" it Friday afternoon with a too-large air filter and never brought back the proper size.
