I got screwed by best home services and lied to about how often to clean the tank and paid $600 out of pocket for people to do things but not fix the issue.. Rick came out and gave a complete honest answer. He was up front about everything and even gave some tips that will save myself a home owner money in the long run… excellent service.
Nice communication, professional, courteous and clean. I had a washing machine water supply valve replaced. Was a Sunday, I put a message in their on-line form, got a response later that day that they could fix on Monday afternoon. Got updates throughout the day, Jake showed up - very polite and competent. Did a nice job. Would highly recommend.
