If i make an appointment for my daughter, and a friend with their child tags along instead of making their own appointment, I'd at least expect the staff to examine the child that the appointment was for first. Not the one who couldn't bother with an appointment. What's the point in making an appointment 🤔? Very disappointed in the staff.
We enjoyed working with Heather and the staff at Waterway. Everyone is kind and patient, and we are never waiting long. We will miss them as we have now moved away.
So quaint love the staff very attentive and caring!
We love the staff and level of detail and care they provide our kids. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Never a wait time either!
