Nice location a little over priced Being the first time to Wilmington I tried to find a hotel near the beach. This one was advertised near the beach on a travel website. I chose it even though it seemed a little high. The location is outstanding and the rooms are cute. However, the carpeting was disgustingly dirty and the dishes were left in the dishwasher dirty. Not only that some of them were put in the cabinet nasty. PROS: Location CONS: Cleanliness and price
