Paying $50 for the supposedly extra nice wipe down was completely not worth it and these people did not seem to care about any sort of quality. Worst car wash ever.

Brought my Dads car over for a cleaning. Met Crystal who gave the best customer service and was able to guide me toward what I want for my Dad as a Christmas Gift of Waterway car washes. She represents the brand very well.

I was tempted to get a membership as the sales lady pushing for it would not take no for an answer but also had valid points. After my experience, I will not be. I paid for the most expensive package with interior, exterior, cargo and rubber mats. When my car was ready he asked me to check it and see if I saw anything. Neither of the doors were cleaned inside and I had to ask to also clean the back of my seats. Now after a few days noticing the mats are not done great and vacuuming in back seat is not as well. So, the whole thing carwash is a good price and if you're thinking "this is too good to be true" that's because it is. Just to note - I didn't go in expecting a professional car detail but I was expecting them to wipe down the doors like it says in the package. This is my door AFTER they "wiped it down." Before I left they told me to let them know if there was anything that they missed. When I got in my car and I saw that, I didn't bother because that's an obvious "miss."
