I echo the previous review by Amanda. These guys are nice, but their attention to detail is poor. For three or four years now I’ve been an annual subscriber to the Whole Thing. You definitely need to do a thorough inspection of the car before you leave. I was just there this afternoon (5:00 pm on 9/28), and I should have taken pictures. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! This car wash created scratches on my Bronco, I know they weren’t there before the car wash because I just got my car back from collision repair and inspected meticulously. No scratches before car wash, scratches after car wash. Yet the manager is unwilling to admit that the machines caused the damage. I’ve been coming to the Greenwood Village / DTC Waterway since late 2019, & this review is long overdue. The service has been consistently wonderful, & the facility has been upgraded time & time again — most recently with a full redesign & upgrade of the interior store that makes every visit smoother. What truly sets this location apart is the leadership. Executive General Manager Charlie Albrecht has been exceptionally kind, open, & welcoming to me.
