This place is a stinker. My car sat on the dryer after the wash cycle, and nothing was happening so I drove out. The attendant told me that I should have just left the car in neutral. The directions weren't very clear. Mind you, there is a red/green light indicator but it's friggin blocked by the machines and it's poorly visible. Moreover, the vacuums aren't accessible unless you pay for higher tier wash. I will never come here again. Cobblestone car wash offers access to vacuums with ALL tier washes.
Utterly incompetent service led by disrespectful management Waterway in DTC is a masterclass in how not to run a car wash. I paid premium prices and got results that were borderline comical. My car came out visibly dirty, streaked, and rushed like it was an inconvenience for them to even touch it. Interior cleaning was sloppy and careless — multiple obvious areas ignored.
