I absolutely love waterway car wash. You pay the monthly fee you get a nice little car wash and very reasonable mini detail of the car and they do a great job. Great customer service the fellas are all nice impressive business I hope they continue to do well.
I rarely leave a bad review, but this is the absolute worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I gave two stars for the friendly and helpful staff (they work long hours standing in the heat and also help you pay before going through the wash), but the wash itself consistently leaves my car with dirt/dust all over the back, bugs remain on my windshield, and there is still gunk on the paint of my car. Stopped into Waterway after returning from a trip to Vail, so our vehicle was pretty dusty and covered with bugs. I purchased the $27 Ceramic Express wash. The process was quick and convenient, but it may have been a little too quick. Unfortunately, it didn’t remove all of the bugs from the front of the vehicle, and there wasn’t any pre-treatment or hand spraying with a pressure washer before entering the wash. This car wash scratches your car and No accountability from manager on duty. They have the option to retract the brushes and I had asked for it, only they only retracted the top and not the side. The manager just shrugged it off and didn’t care.
Going to be going to Cobblestone instead going forward. Can’t believe this place doesn’t let you self service vacuum your own car.
