I'd rather clean it myself... there's still a lot of dust.
Paying $50 for the supposedly extra nice wipe down was completely not worth it and these people did not seem to care about any sort of quality. Worst car wash ever.
Brought my Dads car over for a cleaning. Met Crystal who gave the best customer service and was able to guide me toward what I want for my Dad as a Christmas Gift of Waterway car washes. She represents the brand very well.
I was tempted to get a membership as the sales lady pushing for it would not take no for an answer but also had valid points. After my experience, I will not be. I paid for the most expensive package with interior, exterior, cargo and rubber mats. When my car was ready he asked me to check it and see if I saw anything. Neither of the doors were cleaned inside and I had to ask to also clean the back of my seats. Now after a few days noticing the mats are not done great and vacuuming in back seat is not as well.
