OK service, but they no longer hand dry the car after the wash unless you have bought the top tier washes. Their regular and mid range washes are now no better than any other places and not worth the premium price. For a black car, the hand dry is really a must to get a really good finish. Update Oct, 2025, still no hand dry, switching to another car wash.
I just needed an exterior wash and a vacuum. The lowest cost, $28, Again, I clarified, basic exterior wash and vacuum. It was not a big job, single driver not a messy vehicle. So disappointed there isn’t a basic option. Wash and vacuum. I use to frequent often but won’t be back.
Definitely don't recommend. Our car looked terrible after paying $17 for a wash and wax. The sides were clean but front and rear of the car looked untouched.
