I have been a customer over many years with a few cars from my collection. The wash itself and customer service has gotten worse and worse over the years. They do a poor job cleaning the cars, not sure how to fix that. They obviously are unable to attract team members including management that takes pride in their work. That was not the way it was when they first entered the Chicagoland market. Specifically Northbrook and Highland Park just can’t seem to clean a car well. 40 plus dollars car wash including inside cargo and mat cleaning was far below expectations. They did vacuum but most of the gap in seating stayed dusty especially between mat and the body.
Got to really ask and beg the dryers to clean interior windshield top to bottom and left to right!
