I have never had an experience at a Carwash like I did yesterday and this carwash. The guy at the front explained all the different packages available and the gentleman that was cleaning cars at the end was incredible. My car was dirty, there was a film on the inside of the window and he spent at least 20 minutes in the chilly weather making sure my car looked like new. I highly recommend this location

Great prices on monthly packages. You could have your inside and outside done while you wait.

I went to Waterway Carwash yesterday and was very dissapointed. Before I got in the wash area I had to endure a lengthly diabtibe from an employee who tried to get me to get every service they offered when all I wanted was an exterior and interior wash. When I finally had my car washed the quality was poor and the employees left a pile of rags on my hood and walked away. Fortunately, there are other car washes in the area.

Our usual car wash was closed today so we decided to give waterway a visit. We were very unhappy with the experience. When they told us that the car was ready, we were kind of in awe. They finished a little too fast. We paid for the whole thing and then we also paid for the eight dollar rubber mat power washing experience. We were told that the seats in the interior would be wiped down the dashboard and everything but when we got in the car, it honestly didn’t have that much of a difference.
