I usually do my car myself, but since I had recent back surgery I was not able to. I’ve gone to this place 3 times over the past 2 months, and I wish I would have read the reviews because I wouldn’t have gone. Each time I get the interior and exterior package, and very little is done on the inside. TL;DR: My car’s roof was scratched by an overhead brush at Waterway’s Broomfield location during an express wash. Management reviewed the video but denied responsibility.
