I’m not a big fan of writing negative reviews because as a business owner myself, I typically give people the benefit of the doubt. But my experience here was genuinely that awful and I feel the need to warn others not to spend a dime here. I felt very judged and stereotyped by staff as a young female entrepreneur. I recently started investing in real estate and was excited to go to Waterware to pick out and design some custom bathroom work. My shopping and purchasing experience at Waterware Showroom of Guilford was excellent. We renovated two bathrooms and everything we purchased was beautiful and excellent quality. Patty MacNeil helped me with everything! Patty was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and attentive to every need. Highly recommend.
