Came down for the Breakaway festival with my brothers and the stay was amazing. We were able to check in early with no problem. I was the only girl so we needed extra towels and another blanket and pillow and they accommodated us no problem. Dalton was amazing!! If I could give him a promotion I would. I had some issues with my card due to not letting my bank know I’d be out of state and he was so patient with me at check in while I squared everything away. The wifi is wicked TV cut off several times for no reason at all. Had to keep connecting to WiFi. Had to keep connecting to Stars from my personal account. The wifi sucks. However, the room was exceptional only thing not provided was lotion
This was the worst hotel experience of my life, by far. This hotel sits about 30 feet from a raised freeway that is incredibly loud. A drag strip is quieter. Do yourself a favor and book absolutely anywhere but here unless you don’t like sleep. In that instance book here, you’re guaranteed not to get any.
