Parks Residential is a horrible place if you care about your vehicles and safety. This place is ridden with criminals who engage in drug dealing, prostitution and vehicle theft. My truck was broken into in the summer of 2023 and the landlord Aaron Williams told me tough luck. If you have a doorbell camera prepare to have it spit on by management, maintenance and staff. This is our home away from home.
we lived here at one time during covid in 2020, Arron was and I guess still is was a horrible person and sounds like still is. I believe after reading the reviews I will not want to live at this place with my family. Dogs everywhere, people had no respect that when dogs are coming try and keep a distance esp if your dog does not want to be around them. So thank you all for the update on this, I believe I will pass on this area
