Nice and clean. Full kitchen fridge microwave dishwasher. Washer dryer in suite. Complimentary coffee in lobby. Very convenient to TSMC fab facility.
My stay at WaterWalk greatly exceeded my expectations. The apartment style one bedroom layout made it feel like a home away from home. The room was extremely clean, quiet, everything felt new and fresh. I will be back! :)
Let me start by saying this hotel is beyond a hotel. The customer service and representation of this hotel is beyond five stars. In my opinion starting with a general manager Douglas, his attention to detail and Customer needs is exceptional. This is my second time staying here and I was not let down, but only exceeded expectations. The rooms are so comfortable like a home type. Absolutely blew any and all expectations I had out of the water!!!! This hotel is NICEEEEEEEE!!!!!! Front desk lobby is sparkling clean!!!! Hallways are clean!!! All the walls white and clean!!! Floors throughout building including the room clean!!!! Pool sparkling clean!!! Room was spotless clean!!! Room was AMAZING!!!! FANCY. UPDATED APPLIANCES.
