Pretty good experience over all. Pros: Plenty of close parking. Really friendly front desk staff. Close to lots of food and drink options. The AC was awesome on a 117 degree couple of days. The kitchen and general room design was nice. Cons: It was clean, but could use a deep cleaning. Some sort of spill in the elevator was never cleaned up while I was there. Extremely disappointing communication. We paid the $50 application fee, completed the tour, submitted every document requested, and followed up multiple times by phone, email, and in person. It has now been over a week, and we still haven’t received any meaningful update about the application. We understand that approvals can take time, but completely leaving applicants in the dark after taking their money is unacceptable. Okay when we first came here the elevator was down, not a big deal because there was a second one but our room was dirty, what I assume to be coffee beans grounded up in the grinder, hair in the shower, stains and overall okay. It looks great at a glance but up close? Let’s just say I’d recommend other options first.
