Amazing time living here, my transition moving into Watervue was super smooth thanks to Miss Kim. Miss Kim and the Watervue staff really take pride in giving the best experience to tenants. The location is perfect, it’s quiet, and they bring food trucks to the property. Within the gates the up-keeping of the property was exceptional. The units are super nice and look up to date. I’ve been a resident of this property for 2 years now and I can easily say this has been the most smooth process from the very beginning. From touring the apartment, to starting the application process. Dealing with maintenance requests are always simple and painless, Carl is always a big help!
I think they just got a new property manger and it's definitely going in the right direction. We moved out recently due to abandoned cars taking up spots/people they have moving in/dog feces. But the new manager they got looks promising.
