This is plastic. In my sandwich. I found it when I took a bite. I gagged. 44 dollar order to find a piece of hard melted plastic. It had a crimped end, leading me to believe it was some type of wrapping. I immediately sent the picture through their Facebook messenger, I couldn’t find an email address. They made my food wrong and my hot sandwich was not even cooked so I brought it in and the actual owner decided to have his mask down to his chin and make my food without putting a mask on and told me well you have an oven why didn’t you put it in the oven. So I told him because I paid for my food to be hot so I want my food remade because I am a customer who paid for my food. I highly do not recommend going there to anyone because they always mess up my food and then the owner runs his mouth
My daughter and her husband got food poisoning from there last night. My daughter got stomach pains & violently ill. I called & spoke to the manager just to let them know so no one else gets sick. He said "Well I don't know what to do, no one else complained. It takes 24 hours to get food poisoning" He blew it off like I was lying! They order constantly from there, but not any more! yesterday I ordered a Hamburg pizza while I had a lull.....walked over to get it.....went back to the salon to enjoy it.....opened the cover and the Hamburg was swimming in cheese.....I never asked for extra cheese yet I got enough for 3 pizzas on my 10" pizza.....couldn't even pick up a piece without all the cheese sliding off.....it was disgusting!!!! I could have gotten a better pizza at Domino's for less!!! I won'tever go back I can promise you that!!!!

This was our worst and probably last time ordering from WHOP. Our order that was delivered to us last night was a disaster. We ordered a veggie Dagwood and it came so crammed full that when we opened it the pita pocket was ripped in many places and literally crumbling to pieces when we fully unwrapped it. It’s clear they just shoved it full and then had to to wrap it so tight with paper to keep it together and to make matters worse it had none of the veggies we mentioned we wanted.
