Worst office staff I've ever dealt with: phone calls go to voice mail 6 out of 10 times; staff members seem unable to communicate within their own office. Got 3 phone calls within 2 hours for the same purpose; I have no dental insurance so I was paying premium prices for EVERYTHING. I will not return...ever!
