Worst office staff I've ever dealt with: phone calls go to voice mail 6 out of 10 times; staff members seem unable to communicate within their own office. Got 3 phone calls within 2 hours for the same purpose; I have no dental insurance so I was paying premium prices for EVERYTHING. I will not return...ever!

First visit since COVID..They’ve certainly done a terrific job preparing to see patients again..New hygienist today too...Tina was great an explained the changes during this Covid situation...Dr.Choe ‘s oral exam is quite extensive...

Waterville Family Dentistry is wonderful. They are professional, thorough and very pleasant and kind. They make my two young children feel at ease ensuring they’re visits are positive.

Dr. Choe is a wonderful dentist who cares about the work he does and wants to do right by each patient, which is hard to find these days. I had a great experience with him. He also has a great bedside manner with kids and worked on my 8 year old without a problem. His staff is kind and considerate and excellent at what they do.
Friendly, caring staff; quality, professional services in a comfortable environment. Good music, too!
