I recently visited The Cove at Waterview because I was invited there to conduct a book signing and presentation for the residents, by the Social Director. Even though I don't have a loved one at this facility, I could tell the staff are very attentive and care about the residents. Melinda and Linda are amazing, wonderful people. They call people by name, even those visiting the facility. They are so positive and friendly and make people feel right at home. Loving care started before we moved our father to the Cove. The management team, starting with Kandice, bent over backwards to find the right apartment, made it work, then found a bigger one, just to make him a bit happier. Unfortunately, he just didn’t have that much time left. The last several weeks, his care shot up, he truly couldn’t clean, eat, or do much of anything. That’s when the care staff REALLY stepped up.
