Lived in this place for two years during my time in Danville. The hallways reek of weed and doo doo and the property manager lets drug dealers and thieves roam free (if you're looking for discounted marijuana, this is the right place for you). I've had packages stolen from my doorstep and my motorcycle knocked over TWICE in the parking lot. I had to review security camera footage and contact Danville PD to figure out who was responsible because no one takes accountability at this complex. The property manager Abbie is awesome very helpful & friendly! Goes out of her way to help around the property. She responds fast to emails regarding any property questions & or issues you may have. The apartments are in a great location close to anything you may need & some even have beautiful lake views with balconies. Clean and nice place to live for sure!
I love my cozy clean apartment, very quiet my daughter loves getting in the pool every summer…… and management is always on top with repairs and keeping the property clean.
