This place is quite nice and well maintained. However, it suffers from light and noise pollution (parking lot lighting and loud AC units everywhere) that you would not expect by its otherwise positive outward appearance. You know those high-beam, daylight colored LED headlights that everyone dislikes? Don't know much about this place just did a job for a customer
Second time living here. If there were different personal circumstances, I would come live here again in a heart beat. Great office management and they get work orders done VERY QUICKLY. Thank you SO MUCH for the amazing time I've got to live here.
Waterview is such a great place to live. My boyfriend and I moved here as first time renters and it is super peaceful and safe and amazing. Also maintenance is THE BOMB!!!! Kelso and his crew come right away when we put in a request. Most places you have to wait days or the next day they come immediately. The pool and jacuzzi are always clean, gym is perfect has all the equipment you need, and game room is fun! I recommend waterview 1000%
Ive lived here at Waterview for a little over 6 months, and don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely area and community. The amenities are great, I love the gym when I can get into it. But I think I expected better from management/maintenance being that this place is in Sugar Mill Ponds and it’s supposed to be quite nice compared to other complexes in Lafayette/Youngsville.
