I have lived at Waterview for six years. In my time there, it has become a home for me. Mr. John and his maintenance team always respond in a timely and professional manner. They go out of their way to help. Everyone in the office has also been helpful. I recently moved, and they were very flexible in helping with the lease ending dates because the house closing kept getting pushed back.
Would definitely recommend Waterview Apartments. The environment is very friendly and welcoming and the staff is very respectful. Would like to personally thank Ms. Nubia Hernandez who made the process very smooth as well and has been very helpful.
I have to say something because my experience was extremely amazing and wonderful. I had the sweetest young lady helping me Ms Nubia , Thank you I can definitely recommend water view apartments, and their staff to anyone in of a safe and clean place With an amazing staff
The community and the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The assistant manager Nubia Hernandez has been a delight. She has been very helpful and always ready to help with a positive attitude.
love it here! Everyone in the office is super helpful and nice, Jaci always helps with any questions I have. Maintenance is fast and efficient, Kelsey especially is super helpful and timely. And the property is nice and well kept thanks to them!
