The best apartment I have ever lived in—comfortable, perfectly located, and close to a supermarket, pharmacy, and bus stop. Since 2016, I have never forgotten it. Unforgettable memories.
This building was a much more pleasurable place to call home when I moved in over 2.5 years ago. I have been embarrassed to bring any guests to this building for over half a year. And just years later I am paying much more in rent for a less positive living experience. That doesn't seem right. Watertown Square Apartments would actually be so much worse were it not for Akeyla. Akeyla is incredible, has the most positive attitude and goes above and beyond.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Good location for getting into Cambridge and Boston, that’s what Watertown Square Apartments is good for. Old, ugly on the inside and the units. Ambulance and fire and police department are called to the building almost weekly. I’m told old people who cause fires when they cook. I’ve only lived here a 7 months, but it is a very average building at best and overpriced.
Old building, exaggerated very high water bills. Lots of traffic in the surrounding area.
Hassan is very accommodating and does a great job. 5 Stars!
