They were not working for me. Many appointments and no action.
I was released from the orthopedic a couple of weeks ago and graduated from the physical therapy side today - all after an ankle and tibia fracture the end of March which required surgery. The staff in both offices couldn't be nicer or more professional. The care I received was top notch. I received straight and honest answers, never felt hurried out of my appointments, and everything was fully explained so that it was easy to understand. Waited 30 in an empty waiting room, then waited another 30 in the exam room. No explanation, no communication at all. People deserve to be treated better than that. After an hour, and not seeing the Dr, I left the exam room. Demanded that my copay be returned and left. Unless a EMTs take me there, I will not return.
I have been a patient here for a long time. One of the doctors here has 0 respect or concern for my health issues and has made my health care an uphill battle. Thanks for nothing.
