Waited 30 in an empty waiting room, then waited another 30 in the exam room. No explanation, no communication at all. People deserve to be treated better than that. After an hour, and not seeing the Dr, I left the exam room. Demanded that my copay be returned and left. Unless a EMTs take me there, I will not return.
I have been a patient here for a long time. One of the doctors here has 0 respect or concern for my health issues and has made my health care an uphill battle. Thanks for nothing.
