As expected with a terrible billing system
Excellent Dr.'s but poor receptionists. I had an experience with a receptionist named Jamie with the nastiest attitude I have ever experienced at this clinic. I have been going to this clinic since 2001 when Dr. Estrella was still there and I was pregnant with my oldest son. I was turned away for being late so i left but when i called to ask questions about why that was when i usually wait for 10 to 15 mins to be seen anyways, which i never complain about because like i said i like the clinic, the Dr.'s are excellent, i was ... read more
Stressful experience. Wouldn’t renew my prescription even though it was a maintenance one that had serious withdrawals. They required an annual visit. I haven’t been able to go in but told them everything was going well so if I could please get a refill. At least one fill. When I called they transferred me to CWH but they said they don’t schedule for Johnson creek. They weren’t able to transfer me to the operator. I called Johnson Creek and they said the obgyns don’t visit there anymore. So I had to request to be transferred... read more
The office staff are always friendly and helpful. I never have communication issues with calling the office or contacting them via the portal. They always answer or return my phone call/message promptly, it’s hard to find an office that does that. Dr. Kaci Axelson is very attentive and genuinely cares about her patients.
