A great experience until upon leaving the Emergency room the woman at check in could not have been more rude! The instymed machine was jammed and charged us. We asked for help or for her to call someone per the instymed man on the line and she REFUSED! She was on shift at midnight on 3/2-3/3. Definitely not the face you want for your hospital greeting patients!
Not able to get into the patient portal and have repeatedly called and tried to get help and am not able to get anyone to call me back! Shameful!!
I've never had any issues. The people I've seen have all been very helpful and courteous.
