I had an acute situation that needed a provider visit ASAP, not emergent but definitely urgent. I called my primary provider's office, Watertown Family Practice and was able to get in to see one of their new NPs. Little did I know Sarah, was the NP training with my doctor at the clinic the previous year. She was very empathetic, kind, and listened to me. She prescribed a medication and explained everything. Thank you Sarah and Watertown Family Practice! I'm feeling so much better now!
After having to switch providers because Matthew Mathai is a vindictive overprescriber. I've had a much healthier experience in the pulmonology clinic. However, the 2 weeks of the month that my provider is not there, because it's a satellite clinic, I have to contend with my medications not being refilled, nesscitating yet another call to poor Katie in admin.
