they offered to do my MRI at their facility, it cost 4200$ and my insurance only covered $1200. needed another one 6 months later and got it somewhere else and paid only 50$ after insurance. they would not negotiate the price. very disappointing.
Went to a Urgent care the day before, They misdiagnosed me. Went to Watertown Regional medical center on Saturday, still sick getting worse,I couldnt keep anything in, was dehydrated, took blood work stool sample. Gave me two bags of I.V. fluid. two different Rx, The Dr, and nurses and clinical staff was great! Thank you!
My experience at Watertown Regional Medical Center was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and explained the procedures I received. All were very professional. I highly recommend WRMC.
