Their “application process” may look standard, but their income-screening policy is blatantly discriminatory: 1. Lived at Watertown Park Apartments for two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Nice, spacious apartments that are overall quiet since there are only six units per building. I especially enjoyed having heating (hydronic baseboard heaters in all rooms) included as part of rent during the Wisconsin winters. Staff communicated well and maintenance was always very timely with their responses. Would recommend living here!

These are very nice apartments and the buildings are very well kept. The staff is very attentive and friendly. A perfect location, sitting on the edge of town, you will enjoy peace and quiet with the beauty of nature to enjoy and a Kwik Trip right down the street, lol. I highly recommend considering Watertown Park Apartments as your new home.
