Very pleasant and nice marketing team. Beautiful apartments. Nice pool area and work out area. Lots of amenities to occupy time Wasn't very impressed with policy you have to have an income. You have to sign a one year lease and they will not allow you to pay the lease up front. Otherwise nice place to look into.
I’m warning all prospective renters to think twice before applying at BASCO Developments. Their “application process” may look standard, but their income-screening policy is blatantly discriminatory: 1. Lived at Watertown Park Apartments for two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Nice, spacious apartments that are overall quiet since there are only six units per building. I especially enjoyed having heating (hydronic baseboard heaters in all rooms) included as part of rent during the Wisconsin winters. Staff communicated well and maintenance was always very timely with their responses. Would recommend living here!
