I have been a resident here at Watertown Mews for 11 years and have always had outstanding service from Larry in the maintenance department. He is incredibly skilled and consistently gets the job done right the first time. I can always count on him for excellent work.
I'm a resident and just want to leave an anonymous suggestion. I will take down this review as soon as my concern is addressed. The trash room is abhorrent, the whole side of building 1 near the pool smells nasty. I have to use the trash bag as a glove and get a face full of trash air to throw my garbage away. I have some suggestions that my $4k+ rent a month should cover: 1. Add a powerful exhaust to remove the scent, a small little purifier/perfumer is insufficient and only covers up the rot. Great maintenance team led by Justin. I reported an issue with my bathroom sink on Sunday. It was an annoying issue but not urgent. Larry arrived shortly after 10am and replaced a part to resolve the concern. He was friendly and professional. 9/18/25 update. My garbage disposal died an ugly death on 9/17- pieces of it came loose inside the disposal and were rattling around. I submitted a maintenance request.
