First, let me say I absolutely love this hotel. It's clean and modern with nice, roomy rooms and I love the location near UW and the fact that they have bikes you can borrow. We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had a blast. My only complaint is a fairly big one, but they did try to correct the situation after the fact. We had reserved a king room and got in early in the day. The rooms understandeably weren't ready but we confirmed that we would be all set with a king room.
