Thankful for all the great service and help . The staff all work well together and are a great team. Thanks to Jason Karpinske for finding me a pickup that fits my needs and for finding me a good deal on tires for my old pickup. Ryan was very informative and eager to help. Joe was more than willing to take time to explain everything to me as well. The service team who did my tires and alignment were excellent! Thank you Andy Johnson for squeezing in the alignment! Very pleased with everything.
The service dept needs some work. Don’t expect to actually get your car worked on at the appointment, you’ll need to bring it back after they order parts. Or they won’t look at what you brought it in for in the first place and need to make another appointment. Sadly this is where you have to go for warranty work.

Transmission control module replaced. Check engine light still on. Did not tell me. I went back in since I noticed this. Ford said vehicle was not brought in for that. I knew TCM had to be replaced based on that light and messaging. Real poor and not customer service.
