Firstly, they could have all my health records ready a week after I asked for them, or they could just transfer them properly the first time I asked MONTHS AGO. This isn't the first time they've struggled to transfer my records. I don't live in Watertown anymore. I drove an hour to pick up records that weren't ready. They will take weeks to get back to you regarding test results and patient questions. If you miss ONE appointment, they will refuse to see you and leave you helpless! 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Basarich and the rest of the staff are great! My mom was in the hospital and we had wanted her to get a new provider for when she was discharged. Everything went smoothly when transferring care. The appointment making process for new patients was great. We were able to get an appointment right away! Dr. Basarich had reviewed everything prior to her visit and spent a lot of time with her, answering her questions and even mine. We are both very happy with the care at Watertown Family Practice!
Dr. Golden and the rest of the staff were wonderful! I had a very good experience when my daughter and I came in for our physicals. Will continue to see Dr. Golden as she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. Dr. Legrow was also fantastic with my sons at their well child exams.
Very nice PA'S and office people are very thoughtful. Lab girls are very nice and kind.
