The entire family uses Watertown Family Dental, and we absolutely love them. My son is 3 years old, and they managed his appointment so perfectly to make him feel comfortable and even excited to have his teeth cleaned. Very grateful for their incredible service.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Eilers. She is professional, but compassionate at the same time. Always explains what she is going to do for you, and checks to make sure you understand and are on board with any procedure. I am happy with all the work she has needed to do, including making a mouth guard, a crown, and a couple of fillings. Dr. Eilers has even cleaned my teeth once, when she wanted to give one of her hygienists some time off. She is the real deal.
My 1.5 daughter had her first official dental cleaning today and it went so well! We had previously went to another dentist and the Dr was sadly dismissive, rude and short-- and then didn't actually clean anything. Today was the exact opposite: friendly staff, I got to ask all the questions that my heart desired, and the Dentist was amazing.
